Abstract:
This electronic form is used to meet the statutory requirement for OSC to conduct an annual survey to determine appraisal of rights, success at OSC or MSPB, and satisfaction with treatment at OSC. Here we are requesting, with no changes, a three year renewal of the electronic form. We have added in a section to the survey which covers complainants which filed a Whistleblower disclosure case with our agency. The section of the survey covering Whistleblower Disclosures is very similar to the questions asked in the older portion of the survey (see attached). In the future, we intend to create a survey that will handle open cases (even though the statute only requires that we survey complainants who have closed cases with us.
