Short Statement: The variance in burden hour changes when compared to the previous approved ICR is due to a change in both the number of applications received over the last 3 years as well as a change in the types of applications received. We have seen an increased number of production notifications and minor boundary modifications, but a decrease in waiver application requests and new zone application requests.
