Short Statement:
The BIE reduced the number of respondents based on the actual number of grant proposals received and the number of grants awarded. The respondent burden hours were adjusted based on the feedback received on preparing and submitting the proposal. The BIE has reduced the non-burden hour cost based on actual grant proposals received of 13 and actual grants awarded of 10. The BIE removed the information collection for the monthly meeting because the meetings are meant for information sharing and for BIE to provide technical assistance.
Annual Cost to Federal Government:
$6,733
