Since the last submission there is an overall increase of 322 respondents and an increase of +1,291 burden hours. Of this, 427 hours are for a program change to incorporate local and regional market reporting which supports the Agricultural Act of 2014. .

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
