Abstract:
The Federal Railroad Administration uses this information to establish standards and procedures for State participation in investigative and surveillance activities under the Federal safety laws and regulations. Per OMB requirements to display the OMB Control Number, FRA has updated its forms associated with this Information Collection package to include the new expiration date of 12/31/2019. This non-substantive change updates all forms associated with this collection with the updated expiration date and also the updated address for FRA.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
