Short Statement: This information collection request re-estimates the burden hours for respondents to prepare a new permit, a significant permit revision. This collection also includes the burden hours associated with significant and multiple minor permit revisions. Prior information collection requests inadvertently omitted burden associated with minor revisions. This information collection request corrects that error.
