Short Statement: The total burden requested for this entire information collection is 3,124,202 hours. The total burden previously approved for this information collection is 3,126,039 hours. The total burden then has decreased by 1,837 hours from the previously approved submission. Program changes to Form FRA F 6180.165 increased the burden by 63 hours (from 3,480 hours to 3,543 hours). Adjustments due to math error in the previously approved totals decreased the burden by 1,900 hours and 38 responses. [Note: The correct previous total burden should have been 3,124,139 hours and 147,738 responses.]
