Abstract:
This request is for the reinstatement of the Farm and Ranch Irrigation Survey (FRIS) a follow-on survey to the 2018 Census of Agriculture. The name of this Information Collection has been changed to Irrigation and Water Management Survey. This name change was made to make the survey more inclusive of specialty operations such as greenhouses and nurseries.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
