The estimated burden hours associated with preparing and filing registration statements on Form N-8B 2 have decreased from the current allocation of 40 hours to 10 hours, a decrease of 30 hours. This decrease is due to a change in the number of respondents, from four (4) respondents to one (1) respondent annually, preparing and filing registration statements on Form N-8B 2. The estimated cost burden associated with preparing and filing registration statements on Form N 8B 2 has decreased from $40,000 to $10,000. This decrease is also due to a change in the number of respondents, from four (4) respondents to one (1) respondent annually, preparing and filing registration statements on Form N-8B 2.
