Short Statement: The variance in the change in burden hours, both increases and decreases, is due to the change in the number and type of applications that the FTZ Board receives on an annual basis. The cost to the respondents has decreased due to the elimination of the requirement that applications be submitted in paper form in addition to being submitted electronically as well.
