Short Statement: Form EIA-22M was discontinued and the data currently collected by it will now be collected in a revised Form EIA-819. Form EIA-819 had an original burden estimate of 1.6 hours which was reduced to 1.25 hours due to a cognitive study researching burden and ability to respond to the revised collection instrument. Form EIA-816 had an original burden estimate of 0.95 hours which was reduced to 0.75 hours based on a different cognitive study covering burden and ability to respond.
