Abstract:
The information in 34 CFR Sections 600.54, 600.55, 600.56, and 600.57 is used by the Department during the initial review for eligibility certification, recertification and annual evaluations. These regulations help to ensure that all foreign institutions participating in the Title IV, HEA programs are meeting the minimum participation standards.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
