Terms of Clearance: As discussed with the agency, they will look into ways to leverage administrative data on large operations from state agencies certifying them. NAMHS should also work with a State with existing state legislation on bovine health, like California, to integrate health-specific information contained in Phase 1 of this survey in the administrative records surrounding operation permitting and licensing. This will allow the agency to improve coverage irrespective of response rates while reducing burden and costs.
