Short Statement: The estimated total annual hour burden has decreased from 2,820,300 hours to 2,774,800 hours. This decrease is the result of a decrease in the number of registered funds from 4,029 to 3,964, which reflects an estimate of the number of active investment companies registered with the Commission as of March 31, 2020, based on statistics compiled by Commission staff.
