Abstract:
The TSGP is an important component of the Department of Homeland Securitys effort to enhance the security of the Nations critical infrastructure. The program provides funds to owners and operators of transit systems to protect critical surface transportation infrastructure and the traveling public from acts of terrorism, major disasters, and other emergencies.

Short Statement:
Three new forms are added to the collection - FEMA TSGP Public Transit Risk Assessment Methodology (PT-RAM), TSGP PT-RAM Gap Analysis, and TSGP PT-RAM Implementation Plan as these are new forms to the FEMA 089-4 Collection. The hours have increased to 15,375 with the addition of the FEMA TSGP Public Transit Risk Assessment Methodology (PT-RAM), TSGP PT-RAM Gap Analysis, and TSGP PT-RAM Implementation Plan as these are new forms to the FEMA 089-4 Collection. TSGP is adding these forms to the collection for project risk analysis connected to the purpose of the grant program.
