Short Statement: This information collection is an extension to the current burden assessment. There has been no change to the regulations. We are adjusting our burden estimate to 764,450 hours. We are requesting a decrease in the burden hours by -266,630 which is due to agency estimate taking into consideration changes in the number of participating institutions and affected individuals.
