This request for renewal is for 32,546 estimated responses and 10,390 estimated burden hours, reflecting increases of 5,353 responses and 1,785 hours of burden from the previous renewal request. The total number of respondents is 1,871. The estimate adjustments are attributed to natural fluctuations over time. There are variations with program diseases, samplers being more assiduous in submitting, and the program having more accurate source of numbers or computing.
