The total annual responses increased from 10,250 to 10,325 (+75); the total annual burden hours increased from 27,400 to 27,475 (+75); The total number of respondents remains unchanged at 3,500. Also, the total annual costs remains unchanged at $1,125,000. There are no adjustments.
