Short Statement: This information collection request contains adjustments based on conditions outside of the U.S. Department of Education's control. The total annual burden hours increased primarily due to feedback received in consultation with the stakeholders. Burden increases were partially offset by a decrease in the number of eligible migratory children nationally. Still, the total adjustment is 73,435 burden hours.
