Short Statement: The Commission is reporting a program change to this collection because the CAF Phase II auction long-form application review process has concluded and the Commission is proposing eliminating the information collection requirements related to the CAF Phase II auction FCC Form 683. As a result of this program change, the total respondents remains at 530, the total annual responses decreased from 1,060 responses to 930 (-130), and the total annual burden hours decreased from 7,420 to 5,860 (-1,560). There are no adjustments being reported to this collection.
