Terms of Clearance: OMB approves this ICR in accordance with 5 CFR 1320 for three years. As terms of clearance, the agency has uploaded example agreements from Arkansas DOT, Ohio DOT, and Pennsylvania DOT. Per the program, they constitute all of the agreements currently in place under this control number (1018-0177). The agency has also uploaded one example annual report for PennDOT. These supplemental documents are meant to serve as example references for the information collected Service’s Policy Regarding Voluntary Prelisting Conservation Actions (735 FW 1). Under the next submission of this ICR for approval, we request that these documents be updated with additional annual reports, if available, from two state programs established under the Voluntary Prelisting Conservation Policy.
