Short Statement: There are adjustments/decreases to this information collection. The reduction is due to the end of rebanding. The total number of respondents decreased from 60 to 58 (- 2), total annual responses increased from 2,665 to 2,932 (+267) and the total annual burden hours increased from 9,039 hours to 9,468 hours (+429 hours). Theses change are due to a re-estimate of the number of responses given the (1) increasing number of 800 MHz licensees that have completed 800 MHz rebanding, (2) decreasing number of licensees that have filed interference complaints, and (3) the increasing number of prior coordination responses stemming from the rising number of 800 MHz Public Safety and CII licensees. There are no program changes.
