Short Statement: There is no change in the information collection instrument. The change in burden is the result of using current hourly labor rates and current data from the Federal Procurement Data System for the most recent three-year period (fiscal years 2021 through 2023) for modifications that contained one of the codes commonly used for equitable adjustments. The data reflected a lower number of actions under $2 million than in prior years.
