Short Statement: The Agency is requesting an adjustment decrease in the number of burden hours from 390 to 320, a total reduction of 70 burden hours because there is a decrease in the estimated number of injury reports caused by mechanical power presses (from 1,170 to 960). In the previous ICR, there was an error in the total number of responses reported (1,170). The total responses reported should have been 2,340 responses.
