Short Statement: The decrease in burden from 23,462 hours to 12,865 (a decrease of 10,597 hours) is due to a decrease in the estimated number of mutual funds that are directly sold, as well as a decrease in the estimate number of broker-dealers that have customer accounts with mutual funds (and may be required to deliver mutual fund prospectuses).
