Abstract:
For the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, entitlement communities are required to keep records of activities. These records include definitions of conditions, certifications of activities/plans and other items. This paperwork submission addresses the record keeping and reporting requirements for the CDBG program.

Short Statement:
This is a restatement of a currently approved collection for the CDBG entitlement program which was increased to 574,236 in 2021 because of the increase in the number of CDBG entitlement grantees. The other reason for adjustments is the inclusion of a new quarterly report, the PR 29, in IDIS.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
