Short Statement: The estimated total annual burden for the FR 3036 is 1,365 hours, and would increase to 1,458 hours with the revisions. The average hours per response is based on the estimate that it will take 1 additional hour to complete the incremental information in the turnover portion. For the settlement portion, reporting dealers use separate systems for trading versus settlement, and settlement systems group together trades; a higher burden of 9 hours per respondent is estimated as a result.
