Abstract:
A borrower's assets provide the security for a Government loan. Selling of assets reduces the security and increases the risk to the Government. RUS Form 369 allows the borrowers to seek agency permission to sell some of its assets.

The increase in burden cost for this collection is due to updating the package to account for all items required from the regulation and the professional wage rate was updated to use most current data, and the number of respondents increasing from 33 to 35.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
