Short Statement: Number of Respondents: The estimated number of respondents decreases slightly from 9,595 to 9,522 due to changes in the number of various forms submitted by mines. Number of Responses: The number of responses decreases slightly from 9,595 to 9,522 due to the decrease in the number of respondents. Annual Time Burden Hours: The number of burden hours decreases from 1,823 to 1,717 due to the decrease in the number of responses. Annual Recordkeeping Costs: The estimated annual cost increased from $780 to $790 mainly due to an increase in the number of Legal Identity Report, MSHA Form 2000-7 at MNM mines.
