Short Statement:
Decreased number of respondents due to not running a competition for several years. The burden reduction is due to a decrease in the level of effort required to fully develop Nonpoint Pollution Control Programs as respondents are in the final stages of completing the documentation. While the number of responses decreased, postage costs increased resulting in no change to the cost burden.
