Title: Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) | |
Abstract:
Earlier this year the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) invited public comment on an advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) for potential revisions to the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) regulations. DHS believes this ANPRM provides expanded opportunities for DHS to hear and consider the views of interested members of the public on their recommendations for possible program changes. |
