Title: ●Amendment of Procedural and Administrative Regulations to Include the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act 
Abstract:

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) intends to issue an interim final rule to amend some of its existing regulations to include references to the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, which requires covered employers to provide "reasonable accommodations" to a qualified worker’s known limitations related to pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, unless the accommodation will cause the employer an "undue hardship."
